Filters

In those industries where tens and hundreds of thousands of filters need to be produced, the manufacturer usually uses paper as the main filter element because of its relatively low cost and ease of manufacture. But if it is necessary to carry out filtration in special conditions, for example, under high humidity, pressure, or temperature (filtration of hot gases), in this case, it is advisable to use filters made of porous aluminum.

When operating under such conditions, it is the porous aluminum filter that will have optimal weight characteristics compared to metal and ceramic counterparts. If the service life of the filter element is important to us (e.g. when there is no possibility to replace it), with our filters, it is easy enough to wash it.

Our technology allows us to produce filters and filter elements of almost any shape and size, cartridge-type filters, filter plates, filter disks, flat filter elements, and flat membranes, as well as non-standard shapes according to customer requirements with filtration fineness from 5 to 300 microns.
